Les 6 rois "Le logement en soi est correct et correspond aux photos. Cependant tout le reste ne va pas : pas de sel, poivre, lave vaisselle, shampooing. Personne sur place à l'heure à l'arrivée et à la sortie. Debit internet limité sans explication préalable. Souvent bruyant à l'extérieur peut etre dû à un voisin ou boite de nuit. Aucun état des lieux, personne pour expliquer quoi que ce soit. La conciergerie s'est trompée plusieurs fois quant à mes dates d'arrivée et de départ et se trompe de clients. On doit sans arrêt les appeler ne serait-ce que pour recevoir les clés car livrer à soi-même. Description sur la remise de clé non claire, pratique uniquement pour eux et pénible alors qu'au final facile à expliquer."

Description fidèle à la réalité et appartement impeccable Juste 2 petites remarques : shampoing annoncé mais non fourni ; un grille pain serait bienvenu. Il pourrait être utile de rappeler dans le message indiquant l'adresse que les clés sont à récupérer à une adresse différente (tout près malgré tout). Une petite notice pour le chauffage pourrait aussi servir. La correspondante est très réactive, proactive et sympathique. Merci pour cet accueil"
