Lovely city. Apartment location great for sightseeing.
Great location and price. Owner was very helpful as we arrived really early but we arranged for ourcases to be held at owners apartment next door until apartment was ready.

Great apartment in Valencia
Apartment is well located to public transport and restaurants. Extremely clean and well appointed with thoughtful inclusions like sewing kit, good cooking options and laundry. The host was very welcoming.

Great value apartment
Really enjoyed our week long stay. The owners who are next door were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment had everything you need for a longer stay (including a supermarket 40 metres away) and was very comfortable. It’s a leisurely 10 minute walk to the old town although buses and trams are nearby and very frequent. If you prefer to eat locally there are decent tapas bars in the neighbourhood.For the price, this was great value accommodation.

Very well equipped and central to everything
There are very few VRBOs in Valencia. This one was great. We think they should change their title as it wasn’t just well maintained, it was very well equipped. Only apartment we stayed in that had an ice cube tray and only the second one with a dryer! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied plus coffee pods. Grocery store right around the corner - a 4 min walk. We had a great stay

Heerlijk genoten in dit goed gelegen en mooi uitgeruste appartement
Ondanks het late uur waarop we aankwamen, onthaalde de eigenaar ons hartelijk. We kregen een rondleiding en ontvingen alle belangrijke informatie. Het appartement is mooi ingericht en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is er ook heel netjes. We stelden vast dat de haardroger stuk was en die werd nog dezelfde dag vervangen. Omdat we een late vlucht terug hadden, kregen we de toestemming om onze koffers na het uur van uitchecken in het appartement te laten, wat heel comfortabel was. Verder is het appartement gelegen op zo'n 400 meter van metrostation Reus. Van daaruit kan je makkelijk de metro nemen om de verschillende delen van de stad te bezoeken. Na 20 minuten wandelen bereik je het oude centrum. Op zo'n 100 meter is er ook een supermarkt in dezelfde straat. Wij vonden de ligging ideaal en hebben heel veel kunnen doen en zien. Een echte aanrader!

Cozy place and good vibes
The house was cozy and clean, we requested to leave our luggage before the check in time and the owner let us doing that without any concern. We got some problems household appliances but the owner provided a replacement fast, so no concerns on that point! Many stuff was already in the apartment as the washing machine and dishwasher and the stuff to use these appliances

Nos sentimos como en casa, el alojamiento es tal como se describe en el anuncio, muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona, todo muy limpio, cocina equipada, aire acondicionado, zona tranquila y un mercadona en la misma calle. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Es imposible dormir, ruidos constantes de una chatarrería, Parece que estás en la calle debido a la mala insonoridad, vecinos escandalosos y la propiedad lo sabe pero no dice nada sobre ello en su publicidad.

L'appartement est idéalement placé à 15 mn à pied du marché central. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied, ce qui est très agréable. Il est très joli, très bien équipé et super propre. A recommander !!!

Genial (pareja con bebé)
El piso es grande y está impecable. Tiene todo lo necesario, lavadora, secadora, todo tipo de menaje,cuna, champú, gel, hasta una batidora de brazo para poder hacer la papilla del bebé . Está bien ubicado, a 10 min caminando del casco viejo. Y los transportes públicos al lado (tranvía y bus) y metro a 10/15 min, aunque no es impedimento ya que se hace transbordo facilmente . Lo único malo es que en una de las habitaciones el somier tiene caída hacia el centro entonces es incómodo porque ambas personas van al centro. Algo de ruido porque abajo hay una chatarrería (pero si haces turismo no estarás mucho en casa por lo que no es problema) Cambiando eso, está genial y la comunicación con ellos buena, son agradables y si los necesitas te ayudan. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana increíble en valencia , a pesar de que el control con la higiene entre 5 amigas se fue de las manos . El trato de Fina hacia nosotras fue impecable . Un 9/10

Lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood
I have just spent a month intros apartment. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The beds are so comfy and the apartment has everything you need. The neighbourhood is so friendly and welcoming. There are neighbourhood cafes, the supermarket is a few minutes walk and the Turin Park is also a few minutes walk. I highly recommend it. Jose and Fina are gracious hosts.
