Es importante saber que si bien se puede llegar al piso por calles autorizadas al tráfico, está rodeada de zonas de acceso restringido o peatonal. ¡Cuidado con hacer caso al GPS! No hay excepciones por tener alojamiento o parking en la zona.

Io e la mia famiglia (quattro persone in totale) abbiamo prenotato l’appartamento. Dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione e aver pagato, l’host mi ha contattata per informarmi che la notte del 5/11 l’appartamento non era disponibile. Mi ha chiesto se volevo mantenere la prenotazione per gli altri giorni e io ho risposto di sì, chiedendo inoltre se potesse trovarci una sistemazione per la notte del 5/11. L’host mi ha quindi risposto di sì e quando siamo arrivati ci ha portati in questo appartamento quasi inagibile e dalle norme igieniche molto discutibili: l’acqua del WC non scaricava e non si poteva gettare la carta igienica all’interno, le lenzuola erano sporche e da una piazza quando il letto era per due persone e abbiamo quindi avuto freddo perché non era possibile coprirci e non c’erano altre coperte disponibili. L’ascensore dava problemi tanto che durante una salita si è fermato a metà, spaventandoci. Le camere erano senza finestre e uno dei due bagni era fuori nel balcone. Abbiamo contattato l’host per il problema dello scarico e delle lenzuola: ci è stato cambiato solo il lenzuolo del materasso e nient’altro, quando anche le federe erano sporche e piene di capelli. Per lo scarico ci è stato detto che funzionava quando in realtà non era così (allego foto). Una volta giunti nel vero appartamento da noi prenotato ci siamo resi conto che le lenzuola per uno dei letti non c’erano e quindi una persona è stata obbligata a dormire nel divano senza lenzuola e usando l’unica coperta (sfoderata) rimasta. Abbiamo quindi chiesto il rimborso totale della prenotazione in quanto abbiamo pagato un prezzo assolutamente inadeguato per il servizio dato.
