The house, pool and location were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Only thing was that there was an unannounced camara in the living room but we covered it and didnt hear anything about it.

Fantastic holiday villa
We had a fantastic time staying in this lovely villa. Juan was very helpful and communication was easy. We loved the pool and garden and the villa was spacious and clean. Will hopefully be back to stay another time!

60th birthday celebration
Excellent location for our stay, near beach and metro. Juan and Isobel were very kind and helpful and even booked our special meal at a lovely tapas restaurant. All 8 of us would definitely recommend this holiday property!

8 mature ladies on tour!
Wonderful! We all loved our stay here, the location is perfect as we all enjoy being close to the sea. Supermarket and bus stop to the centre very close too. Juan was lovely and very helpful. We recommend Villa Josefina!

Excellent beach stay property. 9 adults so we utilised all 4 bedrooms plus the double bed in the attic. Easy to get to & close to beach plus all amenities. Juan was an excellent host. Pool is a good size. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

A wonderful stay!
It’s hard to find anything negative to say about this house. We were ten people in our family, and it was absolutely perfectly suited for us. Two minutes to a wonderful beach, og 4 minutes to a shop with everything you need. Not to mention ten meters to a busstop… I can highly recommend that house for anyone wanting to go to Valencia - and who wouldn’t?

Lovely hosts. Juan and Isabel were most accommodating. Very near beach and restaurants and playgrounds. Very close to Mercadona supermarket. Pharmacy around the corner. Bus service just meters away.Private pool was key feature for kids. We will return if the opportunity presents itself.

Fabulous property in a great location
A great base close to the beach with good transport links to the city centre. We walked to the city a couple of times, choosing the longer route along the front and then up the old river bed, which takes in plenty of sites along the way. The property was clean, with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating both internally and externally. Communication with Juan & Isobel was easy and they were very helpful and accommodating, we felt very welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Well-located and spacious villa
This was our second stay at Villa Josefina. The villa is spacious and well-equipped with a nice terrace and large balcony. There is easy access to the beach, promenade (100 metres away and restaurants/cafes). There are 3 nearby buses to the centre of Valencia where there is a lot to visit. The property matched the description and the owners, Juan and Isabel were again extremely welcoming and helpful. We would recommend this property and we look forward to staying there again.

Fabulous position
We were 4 adults and with a 6 and 11 month old. We’ll equipped with cots and high chairs. Short 2 minute walk to beach and promenade. Mid august-Too hot for daytime at the beach so soooo grateful for the pool. In it all day. Good size, not too deep for the 6 yr old-graduated steps so could sit on steps with the baby. Quiet. Great supermarket 2 minute walk with bus stop & great service into city close by. No need for a car. Very private, not overlooked, quiet.

Great house near the beach
We had a great week staying near the beach with two families. The home was a bit further from the city by public transport then expected (if you are not with small children you can best rent a bike to get to town). Sufficient amount of rooms although the attic room has a low ceiling (we choose not to stay here). Couldn’t find a washing machine al thought it was in the advertisement. Juan was great, helped us with an early check in. Very nice when traveling with small kids. We loved the backyard and the swimming pool! Good size kitchen, we didn’t need to go out to eat.

First visit to Valencia
Lovely property, as advertised and pictured in listing. Very private, front courtyard kept street noise down. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Pool is perfect for hot June days. Lots of closet space and numerous beds available. The neighborhood is very authentic and not touristy. We felt safe walking at night around the neighborhood and even more so in the city. Super easy to walk, get a cab or Uber, catch bus or metro. We did it all with ease from this location. It took us about 20-25 minutes to take bus into city center. Use the app on your phone to buy tickets easily. Many small grocery stores and cafes nearly. The beach is just across the street, but go early to secure a chair rental as it is very crowded in summer. Lovely restaurants and bars directly on the beach. Many stores close early and closed on Sunday nearby. Tiny inconveniences- lots of ants seeking moisture inside as it was hot and dry. Only a few small towels available, so we purchased 5 extra beach towels to use. Brief air conditioning issue that was quickly addressed by the owner. Owner and his family are very responsive and friendly. Communication by What’s App was very quick. Highly recommend this house for a family seeking a tranquil vacation.

Great house nearby the beach in lovely Valencia. We were there with a group of 11 marathon runners. The house was more than spacious. Enough rooms and beds. A well equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Not to forget the garage and z cosy swimming pool. Communication with Juan, the host, was perfect.

Heerlijk verblijf in woning met zwembad en vlakbij het strand!
We hebben met 7 dames in het fijne huis mogen overnachten. Het is schoon, veel slaapkamers, een fijn zwembadje en verschillende zitruimtes waar je kan zitten. Wij vonden het wel bijzonder dat er binnen camera's hangen. Het huis is goed af te sluiten met een hek aan de voorkant, geeft een veilig gevoel. Na ongeveer 300m lopen ben je op het strand, zalig! Wij komen graag terug!

Casa Josephine
This Casa was large enough to accommodate 9 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor area was clean and gave our 1 year old child room to play. The Casa is located a short walk from the sea and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful!
We stayed in your beautiful property to celebrate a milestone birthday and we had such a wonderful time! The location is perfect, minutes from the beach, frequent buses into the centre of Valencia from a stop very nearby. Lots of local restaurants and supermarket around the corner. Villa has everything we wanted and more and the swimming pool was a big hit, not to mention the pink flamingo who featured in many of our photos! Juan and Isabel your communication and kindest were amazing. Thank you!
