"Very bad experience. Everything was shut down in the hotel. Not even water to drink. No one at the checkin counter. "

"Only stayed one night however the staff were very friendly and efficient and the room very comfortable, excellent size bed. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open on a Sunday, others available near by, but will not stop us from staying again."

"Very clean but room by road noisy. Fantasy forest to walk dog, however when checked in asked for 5 e extra each pet, cat and dog making 10e already expensive for a budget et lol. Television suddenly came on and there was no remote, reported in morning who said there should have been one! Food places in fridge. Friendly staff easy check in "

"I stayed here for 4 nights and had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is a little dated but it was clean and comfortable. The room was basic but served it's purpose. Where the hotel really excelled was with it's abundant French breakfast of Juice,Croissant, jam, butter, bread and hot drinks. More than enough to prepare you for the day. The dinners were amazing. Served with courtesy and plentiful. Also a nice daily variation. I would certainly reccomend this place if you are looking for something simple yet good value for money."

"The property was perfect for our short 2-night stay to visit Zoo de Beauval and Chenonceau. The house was clean, well-appointed and comfy with plenty of games for the children. The only things lacking are WiFi and a washing machine but we knew this when we booked. After our days out we relaxed, dined and watched the sunset in the beautiful garden. Communication with Olivier and Emmanuelle was excellent too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book again if we return to the area."

"This house was perfect for a group with multiple families, with each room having its own bathroom. Also, lounge and kitchen areas were sizeable. Excellent kitchen facilities and ample cutlery and crockery as well as 2 dishwashers - made a huge difference not having to worry about running out of anything. Pool area very nice, pool good temperature, large bbq and plenty of room for a large outdoor table. Hot water issue was fixed very promptly. Only minor complaint was that the pillows were too deep and not as soft as several of us would have liked."

"We had a pleasant one night stay here. We enjoyed the modern kitchen which enabled us to make dinner and breakfast. My kids enjoyed the alpacas and donkeys which were on their farm in back of our apartment and the playground. We also used the laundry machine and Lena, the host, helped us with the drying of our clothes. She also provided us with some homemade butter and cheese which was delicious. "
