Staff was amazing, room was very clean. Breakfast was great such a variety to choose from. Even has gluten free options. Would definitely stay here again. Also would recommend to family and friends.

Best place to stay in Valemount or surrounding area for sure. Clean room, quiet, the elevator is always waiting on your floor with the door open, and buffet breakfast is great too. I will look for this brand of hotel when I need to stay somewhere else and will for sure book again when staying in Valemount.

The staff is kind and as helpful as they can be, but they haven’t been given the proper tools to fix the hotel. Things are broken and can’t be fixed because of lack of equipment from the company. Unfortunate, as I won’t plan to stay again due to the inconveniences, although the staff has been great.

Our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast bar had many choices and was very good. Being a Pet Friendly motel it would be nice if there was some grassy area to walk the dog but this is certainly not a deal breaker as far as staying at the motel again. I would highly recommend the Valemont Comfort Inn and Suites
