"Words cannot describe the perfection of Sibiu and also the perfection of Casa Gallo. Everything someone would hope for in a place to stay on their vacation, Casa Gallo provided plus more. "Very easy to book and check-in. Room was so cute and bed was very comfortable. Appreciate that water, tea, and coffee were provided. The Tulip room faced a quiet courtyard. Easy street parking right out front with a pay machine on the corner across the square (10 Lei for a full day) The only downside was the neighbor has a dog who likes to bark at all hours. But great stay, and highly recommend. "

We arrived at 1pm to a locked door, waited an hour before someone came out and said that the hotel was closed and not using hotels.com anymore despite it being listed and us having correctly booked it. This was the 13th of February 2020. We had to immediately book another hotel elsewhere. "
