"A beautiful location overlooking the marina. Excellent buffet breakfasts. Lobby restaurant Adao also excelled. Within short walking distance of shopping area as well as the old walled town which is well worth walking through. We were there for New Year - the fireworks were stunning and we enjoyed a lovely view of them from our balcony. Great bus and train service to other parts of the Algarve."

"Exceptionally beautiful and well-run hotel. We stayed in a self-catering villa and it's certainly the best hotel we've stayed at for these rates per night (and preferable to having bed and breakfast at a lesser hotel). Fantastic beach and location. The only negative being the rather rusty and dated equipment in the gym. Overall, highly recommended."
