Absoluter Luxus ist hingegen der weitläufige Garten, der Platz für Mahlzeiten im Freien und wertvollen Auslauf für die Kinder bietet. Angenehm war auch die Parkmöglichkeit in der abgeschlossenen Einfahrt des Grundstucks.
