The staff were superbly professional and polite - they showed us to our room before formally checking us in so we could get settled while they worked away, thought this was a nice touch. They say they speak English, but it is not true, so you will have to explain with fingers and hands, but it is not really a problem. "Well done---simple, basic , not complicated and as expected. I used the location as a base by which to explore the mountains. Close to some excellent restaurants in Bormeo and elsewhere. BEAUTIFUL VIEW from the room Breakfast cosi cosi, but OK.
