"Very pretty hotel with gorgeous views. Unfortunately we got a room with some issues in the bathroom that we were not told about. When coming back from breakfast, there was a handy man in our room with all kinds of supplies for a longer period of time and we were unable to use the bathroom or room for that time. Communication was difficult due to language barrier but it ultimately was resolved and otherwise everything was fine. "

"This place has so much potential - the location is perfect for day trips to Erice, the coast and vineyards, and the views are unbeatable. Unfortunately the rooms are tired, the air conditioning not very good, the owner disinterested in guests, and despite being nearly empty they still charge extra for a room with a view! Breakfast was not good value, and despite advertising being a pizzeria, the restaurant didn’t serve pizzas the night we were there. "

"I booked into the Torre Xiare at the end of April, and the hotel was just about empty. It looked as if the season had not really started and hence many of the facilities of the hotel were not available. If the hotel was busy and the facilities available I would imagine that it would a good place to stay at a reasonable price."

"This is a very nice hotel, it’s modern and a short walk to marina and beach. We stayed in the apartment, it was nicely decorated with a small kitchen. It has a beautiful pool, which is rare for a hotel in the town of Castellammare. There is no breakfast included or a coffee. You can buy coffee pods for your coffee maker to use in your room. "
