"Ben and Angela were great. The apartment is perfectly located and has lots of charm. Clean and well appointed with all the mod conveniences. There is not a working air conditioner like it states in the add. There was 1 fan, but there were 4 of us. "After booking Hotel Europa last minute, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were exceptional at check in, breakfast & check out. The room comfortable and much bigger than expected. The bathroom was huge compared to other hotels and Air BnB places we have stayed in. The room was clean & comfortable. Our only issue was the air conditioner wasn't working to our expectations. My husband says if we need to stay in Biella again we have our place."
