Ground floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), equipped kitchen (gas), dryer, dining room, living room (convertible sofa), flat screen TV, Bluray DVD player, shower room, WC - First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 baby bed), 1 bedroom (4 single beds), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom, WC, rest area, screen TV flat. Gas central heating (gas extra) and electricity (8 KWH per day free) beyond 8KWH it is extra. Enclosed tree-lined orchard, 1-car garage, enclosed private parking, bowling green. Housekeeping included. Towels and household linen: €20/pers. Sheets: €6. Charges: 8 kWh/day of electricity Free (meter reading on arrival and departure). The surplus must be paid to the owner: actual billing according to consumption (meter reading) Non-smoking gîte.
