"Its a nice property located 5 mins walking from Piata Sfatului. You have access to the entire top floor that includes a large bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a balcony. The owner is a nice guy. I had some trouble communicating with him as he spoke little English but my partner speaks Romanian and so it worked out.
