"We stayed for 4 nights while tobaggening in the region. We didn't know anything about Monstein and we were so pleasantly surprised! It is the most beautiful and quaint mountain village. Everyone in the town is so friendly. There are two restaurants (we had a lovely chat with the woman who owns the one up the street) and a small grocery store where you can pre-order a fondue mix to eat in the apartment (highly recommend!).
