"Anna was just a delightful host - because we came in late, we asked if she could provide us a simple meat/cheese tray (at our cost of course) and she provided a 4 course home made meal!!!! It was fantastic and we ate leftovers for our entire stay. The villa is just beautiful and had everything we needed and more - be sure to come in warm weather to use the pool. It's a perfect home base to explore the area - but be prepared to drive the curvy roads - which is half the fun! "

"I can't say enough good things about both the cottage and the hosts. Jane welcomed us warmly and showed us around. The views from our windows were gorgeous. We loved the cottage; in fact, we loved the entire property. She and her husband, Giampiero, recommended places to visit: local towns, restaurants, coffee shops, and gelato shops as well as a wonderful wine tour and tasting at the castle above the property, which Jane bookled for us. We're hikers and enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds...

"Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. "Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Haus, wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aber Licio (der Eigentümer) hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns viele Vorschläge für Aktivitäten gemacht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet, da es rundum sehr gut abgesichert und eingezäunt ist. Unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Licio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mehrmals den Pool für uns gereinigt. Auch der spontane Besuch unserer Freunde war kein Problem - Licio brachte...

"Nice tidy property with everything we needed for a great stay, great location and lovely and helpful host."

"We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything. Even the coffee capsules for the machine were all included. The house is brilliant, with a large master bedroom, smaller second room and double sofa bed downstairs. The garden area is stunning. 1000sq mts set over 3 tires....

"Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area."

La veille ou l'avant veille de mon séjour chez eux, ils m'envoient un message me disant que le lieu d'hébergement était basique, éloigné de tte commodité ey que le parking se trouvait à 400 m à pied du logement. Ceci à 12 h...me demandant si je maintenais mon séjour. À 14h00 ! Ils me signalent que l'hébergement a été annulé ey ne m'ont remboursé que 100 €... Que je n'ai tjs pas perçu d'ailleurs ! Alors ! 1- cette procédure à 2 h d'intervalle...

"We stayed at this very special villa for 6 nights in September. Our host, Guido, was exceptional and we really appreciated his hospitality. We traded maple syrup for olive oil and he invited us to join an evening with his friends and family and made Prosecco/maple syrup cocktails! The property is an historic villa with loads of charm and character and it felt very calming to be here. Two of our favourite meals were in nearby restaurants ( Mandri and La Bottega Di Castagneto). "This property is situated up a very long stone lane. The lengthy journey up this steep hill is rewarded at the end with sensational views across the vine strewn valley with clear sight of Arrezzo in the distance. The house is perfectly appointed and the pool area is equally well situated to enjoy a few lazy hours. I have no issue recommending this property to anyone."

"L'endroit est idéalement situé à environ 30 - 45 minutes du centre historique de Florence et à 20 - 30 minutes des commerces. Calme absolu dans cette charmante petite maison où seule Renate (la propriétaire) vit et s'occupe de vous si besoin. La piscine est très agréable et la terrasse pour déjeuner à l'extérieur est bien abritée du vent et du soleil l'été. Bref, nous aimons beaucoup l'endroit !"

"Die An- und Abreise durch das Gebirge war gewöhnungsbedürftig! Der Pool wird erst am 1.6. eröffnet, nicht wie in der Annonce am 1.5.! Der Wasserdruck war leider auch zu niedrig, so dass Duschen und Haare waschen etwas problematisch waren. Maria hat das aber durch ihre nette herzliche Art gut ausgeglichen. Wir würden auch wieder hinfahren!"

"Siamo stati molto bene presso la casa di Antonella. La casa si trova in mezzo al verde ed è stata tutta a nostra disposizione. Serve l'auto per spostarsi ed è raggiungibile tramite una piccola stradina che serve quattro case sulla collina. La casa è molto fresca e ben attrezzata. Zanzariere alle finestre anche se di zanzare ce n'erano poche. I proprietari sono molto gentili e ci hanno lasciato tutto a disposizione dentro la casa. "Federica and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts - great communication throughout the stay and always available. The house was immaculate and well presented. The pool and facilities (swing, table tennis, football pitch etc) were superb. Views were incredible and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful break!"

Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht und es gibt ausreichend Terrassen um zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit einen schönen Rückzugsort zu finden.
