"Beautiful hotel with very good location in downtown La Spezia with easy access to the waterfront and local restaurants. Also has a rooftop bar which provides wonderful views of the promenade along the waterfront. Very clean and friendly place to stay…. No parking on site, but hotel has an agreement with a parking garage less that a block away."

"The staff were lovely, very clean ,a reasonable breakfast and they could cater for gluten free, it would be nice if there had been more fresh fruit. An easy walk into town , uphill coming back but not too bad. "

He gave us information about the area, helped with our bags, and showed us our space. The balcony with a view was amazing - I'd stay here again in a minute. The location is fantastic and you really feel like you are living in the Cinque Terre. "

"I think the hotel should indicate that there are more than 50 steps to reach your room. Furthermore, when you reserve the address that is given is not the address where you will be staying. So the nice building shown is not where you will be staying. The information should be more transparent."
