We are pleased to receive you in this house all for you without neighbors.
Weekend or week in this farmhouse with children, 2500m2 garden equipped: swing, ping pong table, swimming pool 2 minutes to the village, hiking and fishing (river and pond) sure place.
The cottage is 2 minu from the shops, 20 minu sea, beach games, and 20 minu major historic cities.

INFORMATION FAILURE
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property in an outstanding area. You do need a car to get anywhere though as the village is much further than we thought. We would highly recommend the restaurant in Val-deSaane. However, we have one major complaint. On arrival we had to pay 300 Euros for a security deposit which is not written in any paperwork - it left us very short of cash for our holiday. Can someone explain to us what would happen if we travelled cashless as a lot of people now do ? It really ought to be either included in the holiday price or paid prior to arrival. We were also the confused about any other charges that may have then been incurred and whilst we did have a lovely holiday, it did put a slight strain on our experience. Chantal is a lovely lady and it was obvious she was delighted with how we cleaned the property so that was good but she speaks hardly any English so there was a lot lost in translation. Overall we would recommend this property and area as it is beautiful.

The property was generally very good, lovely kitchen, plenty of equipment for a large family. Bedrooms good,comfortable beds, clean and well decorated. Could do with updating the downstairs bathroom and fans in toilets. The outside was disappointing,garden large and could be lovely, but overgrown. Grass needed cutting and outside furniture was in need of replacement. Table tennis bats were tatty, just needed more attention to detail.

Lovely Gîte in rural location
What a lovely place to celebrate a 93rd birthday! Excellent accommodation suitable for all of our family from our 1yr old to our 93yr old! The house is characterful and charming. It is well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of kitchen equipment to cater for a large group plus lots of crockery, glasses and cutlery. (The previous reviewer’s comment regarding sharp knives has been addressed.) Lovely grounds around the property. Chantal was very helpful regarding our late arrival due to ferry times. We all had a wonderful time and hope to return. (Do be aware that you will need to provide a €300 security deposit on arrival and that you will be charged for electricity and a tourist tax on departure.)

We had a super holiday in this charming gite.
A very characterful property in a quaint rural setting. Perfect for getting away from it all. Especially loved the huge fireplace. Children loved the large garden and the visiting chickens. Chantal made us feel very welcome. Very well equipped but could have done with some sharper kitchen knives for chopping veg. We hadn't realised that we needed to bring bed linen with us or hire it so that added to the cost of the holiday, along with the cleaning fee. Overall, I would recommend this property and hope to go back again soon.

Gite agréable et idéalement situé
Gite confortable et spacieux. Nous avons séjournés a huit sans aucune difficulté. L'extérieur est très plaisant avec une belle surface, une table de ping-pong et une balançoire. Nombreux sites touristiques dans un rayon de 30min en voiture ( Dieppe, veules les roses, saint Valéry en caux ,...) Petit bémol sur la propreté ( toile d'araignée apparente par exemple) . TV indisponible durant le séjour mais peu gênant car la météo nous apermis de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur. Je recommande pleinement l'hébergement

Maison en pleine nature. Voiture indispensable. Parfaite pour un we entre amis. 4 chambres doubles et 2 Sdb. ATTENTION : ANNONCE MENSONGERE et PROPRIETAIRES MALHONNETES - PASSEZ VOTRE TOUR!
Nous avions pourtant demandé si le wifi fonctionnait bien AVANT de réserver la maison tout le mois d'avril - devant travailler à 4 en visio conférence (2 adultes + 2 ados). Il faut déjà savoir que la maison se trouve en zone blanche (au mieux 3G - 1 barre) et que le wifi fonctionne uniquement dans le salon et uniquement pour 1 personne à la fois. Découvrant ça le jour de notre arrivée, l'un des 2 adultes a donc du repartir les 4 semaines pour ne revenir que les week end ce qui a occasionné des frais supplémentaires et nous avons du repenser tout notre agenda. Le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons prévenu la propriétaire que nous partirions de ce fait pas à la fin du mois mais 3 jours plus tôt et nous avons convenu, que prévenant 1 mois à l'avance, les 3 dernières nuits nous seraient remboursées ainsi que les frais occasionnés pour non conformité à la description de l'annonce. En effet, la propriété était dans un état relativement sale : on a retrouvé un filtre à café rempli de moisi dans la cafetière, le four était dans un état immonde, la vaisselle avait été rangée sale, sans parler des toiles d'araignée un peu partout et insectes morts sous les meubles. Nous avons donc utilisé notre 1ère journée à tout nettoyer. Quand on a demandé où était le sèche-linge mentionné à plusieurs reprises dans l'annonce. La réponse a été à la hauteur du reste : " Ce sont les fils à étendoir dans le jardin"!!! Il n'y a pas non plus de machine à glaçons (c'est un bac en plastique dans le congélateur). Ca vous en dit long sur l'intégrité et la mauvaise foi des propriétaires. Plus de la moitié des radiateurs ne fonctionnent pas, on ne peut absolument pas "faire de bons petits plats comme à la maison" car il n'y a ni mixeur, ni batteur électrique, pas même de verre doseur (je vous en ai laissé 1) ou de simple moule à gâteau et les casseroles sont dans un très mauvais état. Ne comptez pas non plus sur les commerces à 2min, il n'y en a pas. C'est à 15 min en voiture. Nous sommes arrivés - comme convenu - à 17H (soit dans le créneau très restrictif de 2 heures exigé par les propriétaires) et en prenant soin d'annoncer notre heure d'arrivée exacte 1/2 heure à l'avance. Résultat, personne pour nous accueillir - la propriétaire s'est pointée 3/4 d'heure plus tard, comme une fleur. Elle ne répond ni aux appels téléphoniques, ni au sms. Et concernant le remboursement convenu au1er jour, nous n'avons jamais rien reçu malgré de nombreux messages. C'EST TOUT SIMPLEMENT DU VOL!

Aucun accueil et pas propre.
Pas d'accueil par la propriétaire si vous arrivez en week-end après 16h30. Aucune explication écrite sur la marche de la maison laissée sur place. La propriétaire n 'est pas joignable au téléphone: 3 messages vocaux et sms pour demander de l'aide sans réponse. Il n'y a pas internet. Ayant prévenu la propriétaire, nous arrivons à 21h, le vendredi soir, de Paris; la maison est donc ouverte mais: * nous avons eu froid car dans le séjour 2 radiateurs sur 3 sont HS et il n'y a rien pour allumer un feu dans la cheminée. Il fallait trouver la télécommande et allumer la clim... * nous n'avons pas trouvé, comme plusieurs avant nous, les couverts cachés dans la cuisine. Nous n'avons pas pu dîner. * Nous avions pris le kit linge. Les lits sont faits mais, sans serviettes de toilette, nous ne pouvons pas nous laver. * La maison est assez sale alors que c'est le 1er week-end de deconfinement covid : poussière, miettes sur le canapé, cheveux, toiles d'araignée, kleenex sous l'armoire, insectes morts... La propriétaires était injoignable. Elle s'est présentée le lendemain matin à l'heure qui lui a convenue. Elle nous a offert le feu dans la cheminée du samedi soir en dédommagement..

très belle maison, bien agencée.
cuisine, salle d'eau agréable (ne pas oublier de vérifier le cumulus). barbecue en hauteur en dur sur pour les petits enfants (on ne l'a pas utilisé). On n'a pas réussi à utiliser le wifi (parfois une barre à l'étage mais rien la plupart du temps). jardin très agréable. La rivière à proximité et les propriétaires tout à coté pour toute question.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour, le git est très bien placé pour les gens qui veulent vraiment se détendre. Très bel endroit. A l’arrivée, tout était propre et identique à la description de l’annonce. La propriétaire est très accueillante. Les 2 seuls points à prendre à considération avant d’y aller : - l’électricité est à la charge du locataire pendant le séjour (même si c’est pas grand chose) - il n’y a pas de wifi, et même pas de réseau: c’est une déconnexion total du reste du monde.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôtesse dans cette grande maison très bien équipée. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas beaucoup profité du jardin à cause du temps mais le séjour a malgré tout été très agréable. En faisant un peu de voiture, nous avons trouvé des activités pour les enfants (parc zoologique de Clères, weeky parc à Yvetot, musée de la mer à Dieppe).

Maison très jolie, bien situé et équipe
L’adresse en le site sur les plans de HomeAway pour la maison était en Val de Saane, près de la piscine. Ça ce n’est pas correct. La maison est en Thiédeville. Gîte les 3 piques. La madame est très gentille et elle est venue nous ramasser. L’un des meilleurs gîtes. La cuisine est complète. Les lits sont confortables. La cheminée est très agréable. La douche est bien. Restaurants, supermarché, tout près. La région est belle. Beaucoup a voir. Vacance délicieuse. Merci madame.
