"This is one of the more “western”standard rooms in the area. You can stay cheaper but the Indian home stays are a bit of an acquired taste. However here you get the best of both worlds home stay hospitality and modern western accommodation. The location just a short walk to a wonderful local beach at south cliff. I stayed 5 nights . Had great breakfast in the morning . Get Dosa.. Great restaurant just up the road from the beach Mama Chompas. It is really the only game in this part of town . Filled up every night. For good reason. cheap by euro or USA standards a little high by homestay options . I was fully satisfied and can recommend highly ."

"Very old rooms, water not coming in bathroom washbasin, sometimes no water in commode. Lot of construction happening in the hotel. Limited vegetarian food choice. "
