"The pictures in this listing completely misrepresented the neighborhood. We only spent about an hour in the VRBO but didn't feel safe there for several reasons. First of all, the room wasn't secure because it was opened up to the neighborhood through the upper floor that let out to the fire escape. Second of all there were large groups of people in the streets having block parties that made us feel like our rental car wasn't safe from vandalism or burglary. "This is absolutely a wonderful place to stay! Hosts are very kind and were prompt in response when we were having issues with the electric door lock. Apartment comfortably fit a family of 4 and is very clean and well kept. It is in a nice neighborhood with very good restaurants/cafes and cute shops all within walking distance. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again if we found ourselves within this area again!"

"The property is walkable to everything Highland Falls and West Point. It is in an older building, so the stairs maybe be a little steep for someone elderly or who has a hard time negotiating stairs. The host was amazing, communicating frequently and accurately. Would recommend to anyone!"
