This remodeled townhome is conveniently located in West Vail's popular neighborhood of Matterhorn. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and assigned parking for 2 vehicles, there is plenty of space for family and friends. Unwind in the comfortable open main level gathering space with a large mounted flat screen, gas fireplace, and comfy furniture to relax and share your adventures from the day. A beautifully remodeled and well stocked kitchen with a dining area for 6, make cooking at home a breeze. There are also restaurants within West Vail, less than a mile away, that deserve recognition from a local. Joy Sushi is no joke and is very, very small so get hungry early. Westside Cafe has an amazing all day menu, the breakfast is a favorite. The primary bedroom is complete with a king bed, the second bedroom also has a king and there's a captain's bunk in the lower level bedroom. The Town of Vail's Matterhorn shuttle stop is literally steps away from your front door. This is your home away from home!
