Incredibly well located, it is walking distance not only to the ski lifts but to many shops and restaurants in Arrabelle as well. It is only a few yards away from the central Lionshead bus stop where you can also hop the free bus to Vail Village or Golden Peak too!
South facing, the living room is filled with sun and has a comfortable seating arrangement with sectional sofa, gas fireplace, hidden 42” TV and stereo. Free wi-fi. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. The dining area will seat up to 8 people and is right off the sliding glass door walkout to the garden and bike path.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The second bedroom also has a queen and a twin so either of these rooms can be ideal for young families. The bathroom across the hall from these two bedrooms is complete with tub and shower and is modern and beautifully tiled. The spacious master bedroom is at the end of the hallway, has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom, with deluxe shower, is also modern and beautifully tiled. All bedrooms are attractively decorated with crisp white bed linen and colorful, patterned duvet covers. Humidifier in each room.

Free parking for one vehicle is included with the rental of Treetops II, unit 1C. Parking for additional vehicles is not possible in the building’s lot. There is only ONE parking spot with this unit. Strictly enforced. Please plan accordingly and make use of shuttle services from Denver and Eagle airports for your transportation needs. Once you arrive, there really is no need for a car.

Limit 8 people, in excess of that number renters are subject to forfeiture of security deposit.

Owner reserves right to knock and check on state of unit during reasonable hours.
Smoking is not permitted.
Any sign of tobacco or marijuana use will result in eviction if found out during the stay, this includes in the hallways/stairs and the outside patio/garden area. If smoke or paraphernalia is found post stay by the cleaning crew and documented then the entire $1000 deposit will not be returned. We have not had to enforce these policies and hope to keep the record of people enjoying our family home without incident.
