"My 7 friends and I (men in our 50s) travelled to Cyprus to surprise another of our friends who has lived there for the past 30 years. The owners of the property were there to meet us when we arrived, we found the villa exceptionally beautiful, clean, tidy and well stocked considering we were not expecting this. All essential food items were there that you would normally do a quick shop for. There were even a few beers in the fridge! Information for local services (food apps / cab numbers etc.)...

"Gordon was spot on with giving us all the info needed. The villa is more beautiful in person and was just fantastic. Where the villa is situated is ideal! So close to the beach. There is a beautiful bar on the beach which doesn’t even take a minute to get to that does breakfasts and cocktails, not to mention it’s so pretty. Was only a 5 minute drive into ayia napa which was very busy but being able to get back to a quiet area was brilliant. Would definitely recommend and I know we will...

"The villa was absolutely beautiful. We did have a little trouble finding it from the directions initially, but this could be because we arrived quite late at night. The rooms are spacious and well decorated, with plenty of storage space. The pool area and garden is beautiful too, and there are plenty of seating areas on the balconies. "We had a lovely time and the villa was very nice. I have two complaints 1- two of the French door locks were broken. As wed never opened them we assumed they were locked and working. I was burgled and had 800 euros and 150 GBP stolen. "The pictures were really accurate, but the star of the villa was the outside pool area. Beautiful, as every day was over 32 degrees. Ayia Thekla itself does not have lots of bars/ restaurants, unlike neighbouring Ayia Napa and Nissi beach."

"Enjoyed our stay most relaxing, just right for our age. Thekla beach just down the road which we use often. And the fishing village of Potamos just down the road in opposite direction with two good restaurants. Transport is probably needed for this area although a bus does run past the villa and on into Ayia Napa. The villa had everything we needed with two shower rooms, one down and one upstairs. Pool was lovely and clean and the aircon worked a treat."

Good location I would recommend hiring a car or some form of transportation if you need centre of Ayia Napa but bus service is good as well. Beaches close by."

"Der Strand zum Baden ist zu Fuss erreichbar, herrlich und sauber. Das Haus ist i.O. und entspricht der Beschreibung. Im Garten gibt es leider einen künstlichen Rasenteppich statt einer natürlichen Bepflanzung / Gestaltung, zudem war die Gartenbeleuchtung teilweise kaputt, die Treppe in den Pool war verrostet und der Zaun gegen den Nachbarn defekt. "Very nice villa with a great pool with quiet neighbours (but you can hear the nearby motorway at night) The kitchen is very well equipped, dishwasher and washing machine were brand new. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Great property, great staff and wonderful cleaning. I must point out that there is no stove top so you cannot cook your own meals. The balcony is a real bonus, and various restaurants are close by. Laundry is next door and is 12 euro's which is a bit steep, but you do have the choice of self service Laundry bar about 7 minutes away.( you need coins 4 euro to was 1 for 20 minutes drying) Breakfast is off sight but I never sampled it, so can't comment.
