"The pictures were really accurate, but the star of the villa was the outside pool area. Beautiful, as every day was over 32 degrees. Ayia Thekla itself does not have lots of bars/ restaurants, unlike neighbouring Ayia Napa and Nissi beach."

"Excellent really enjoyed staying at this property. The outside area was really lovely and we spent a lot of time there. Villa itself had everything we needed, beds really comfortable and facilities great. Good location I would recommend hiring a car or some form of transportation if you need centre of Ayia Napa but bus service is good as well. Beaches close by."

"We are a group of people that have been travelling together for 35 years so are able to manage the vagaries of different countries and villas. The lounge dinning area was lovely, very spacious and modern, with plenty of seating, not that we used it other than for watching the Queens funeral. "Gordon was spot on with giving us all the info needed. The villa is more beautiful in person and was just fantastic. Where the villa is situated is ideal! So close to the beach. There is a beautiful bar on the beach which doesn’t even take a minute to get to that does breakfasts and cocktails, not to mention it’s so pretty. Was only a 5 minute drive into ayia napa which was very busy but being able to get back to a quiet area was brilliant. Would definitely recommend and I know we will...

"The villa was absolutely beautiful. We did have a little trouble finding it from the directions initially, but this could be because we arrived quite late at night. The rooms are spacious and well decorated, with plenty of storage space. The pool area and garden is beautiful too, and there are plenty of seating areas on the balconies. "We enjoyed our stay and the villa, although the garden was a little tired. The pool was tatty with a lot of tiles missing and needed constant filling with a hose. the fencing, sun beds & pergola all needed a lick of paint! Not as seen in photos. The villa could have done with a full length mirror either on the landing or within a wardrobe door. The pillows were in short supply and very uncomfortable. However apart from those minor niggles we thought the villa was lovely and we enjoyed our stay."
