"Best hotel we stayed! Room is specious, high sealing, gorgeous sea view. Best of all - their breakfast is fabulous 😍 locally sourced - home baked goodies. We wished staying here longer!!! "

"The property is beautiful. A few things could be improved. A banister on the stairs would have been helpful. We are in our seventies and found the stairs to be a bit scary. The double bedroom in the main room could use a luggage rack, no place to put your bags other than on the floor. "We stayed there for 4 nights, June 30-July 4th 2017. We had a 3 days wedding in Fano, Pesaro, Gradara area. We liked the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom, we used 3 out of the 4 bedroom. "An absolutely beautiful property and setting with everything included you could want. Lucca, the host, is charming, relaxed, accommodating and very efficient. Lots of lovely small touches that make all the difference, free fresh eggs in the morning, fresh vegetables to pick from the garden, grapes from the vine. This really was the most perfect place to relax and unwind. Don’t bother looking any further... book here!"

"if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...
