"Possitive: Value for money, good location, quite area, good sea view from our room, staff are very helpfull and kind, free pickup/drop off from/to the ship port, very clean, free usage of sea towels, 24/7 reception,shops near the hotel. Negative: Wifi have very bad signal and is very slow, poor breakfast, mosque is behind the hotel, no elevator in the hotel We had a very good stay in Velana hotel. I suggest the hotel."

"I stayed here for 4 days just after they reopened from the Pandemic 2020 nightmare we all experienced, so my experience is limited. However, the place is nice and very reasonably priced. It gives you an authentic experience of an out-island in the Maldives. The service by the staff, from Mr. Zala on down, was excellent and everyone was accommodating. " The front desk staff are generally nice and friendly, the room are reasonablely okay condition,only the tour operation department has some issue, their price is the average market price ,but the quality they offer are not good, particularly they finish the whole tour one and half hour earlier than they promised, when you ask why, theu just simply told you that since we have less people today,so we end the tour earlier than usual, and one guy whose name is Rocky,his attitude to the customer are...

"This is a perfect getaway. The property is as good as a 5*. You won’t miss the facilities, cleanliness and services. The staff is helpful and friendly. The views are spectacular. One thing I’d like to highlight is the quality of food. The chef is so amazing that you’ll not feel it’s less than a 5* meal. Articulate presentation, and every dish was tastier than you could anticipate. "
