"wir waren im Juli im Ferienhaus in Scherpenheuvel. Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und modern ausgestattet und hat eine ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße. Das Haus selbst ist sauber und die Ausstattung bietet alles Nötige, um einen schönen Urlaub genießen zu können. Die Fotos treffen zu 100% genau, was man vor Ort vorfindet. Die Stadt selbst ist mit ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) oder Gaststätten versorgt, wobei die Öffnungszeiten der Gaststätten nicht jeden Tag der Woche...

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were a large group of 8 people and with the two separated apartments it was nice to spend time together but also get some calm and quiet. The big common room was perfect for our case, we had a big table for playing games and a sitting area for all 8 people. Our dog was welcomed as well, which was a plus. And we stayed there over new years eve and it was very quiet at midnight, no fireworks in the direct area which was perfect with a easily scared dog. Everything...

"Property is located in such a great area but away from the noise. You will be in the middle of the main area of interest in Brussels. The house is quite charming a little unorthodox but very efficient. The host was very responsive and quick to get back when contacted. I highly recommended the property rental! "

"This was a One of a kind property, very clean and comfortable. With exquisite decor and plenty of space for a family or group of friends. Both the hot tub and sauna were thoroughly enjoyed. Paul was pleasant and accommodating and you could not ask for a nicer host! The trumpet house is a must see cozy home away from home."

"This garden house is an amazingly beautiful setting. You enter an unassuming gate to a narrow path through a garden to enter ... and as you reach the house, you are transported to a tranquil, rural setting with views of the garden and undeveloped pasture behind that is simply surreal. It feels like it's miles away from the busy traffic and provides a haven from the bustle of the city."

"The owner entered the room without permission and without a shirt - his usual attire- and began yelling because we turned on the heat in the kitchen (a wood stove) in order to have heat in the top floor room. He said it would cost us 10 EU per day to have heat at night. The kitchen was so filthy with a rancid greese odor we could not cook anything. The room was also very dirty. "It's a budget property, in a less than popular area, close the the midi station and a short walk to everything in the city centre. The out of hours arrangement was perfectly ok, though getting through the front door was challenging. All the icons were rubbed out, so makes it difficult to press the right keys, but they've promised to replace the key pad. Sadly the WiFi was none existent, pretty poor when all cafés and centres have copious WiFi in this developed city!! But sadly not at Smartflats...
