The only downside for us was the sewage smell from the bathroom at night but there are works going on and we assume this will be addressed. We would stay again without any hesitation. Two downsides: the first is that it has no reception, it's a key code, so no reception, no reception and you have to send a copy of your passport to someone you haven't seen.
