Charming house in Uzès city center, terrace and AC

Newly renovated apartment, located in a quiet neighbourhood, less than a 5 minute walk from the Place aux Herbes. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a terrace and air conditioning!
The entrance to the apartment is on the ground level with stairs leading to the first floor living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an open plan to the dining area and a cozy reading/TV space. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and adjoining bathroom featuring a shower, bath and toilet.
Another set of stairs lead to the second floor where you will find a second bedroom with a Queen bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Also on this floor there is a spacious living room with sofas and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle and dishes. A perfect place for coffee or an aperitif. The terrace with its comfortable chairs and coffee table offers a pleasant view. A special place to enjoy anytime, but especially after a day exploring Uzès and the fabulous surrounding areas.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated.

Best vacation rental ever!
We loved staying in Dominique's town house in Uzès. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and located in a conveniently central part of this charming town. Dominique was a very gracious and helpful host. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. I would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The house is renovated and decorated to the highest possible standard, quality fittings, appliances and furniture. Extending our Uzes Stay
Due to our stay being 3 weeks we had to rent 2 different apartments to satisfy our travel dates. Both apartments were great, both rented through VRBO. This apartment was new to the rental market since recently underwent a major remodel. Everything was completed in a very tasteful and quality method. Our host was Dominique and she was wonderful. We highly recommend the apartment when traveling to Uzes.

Lovely apartment in a lovely town
This is a beautiful apartment with a great location right in the town centre, Despite the central location the apartment is an oasis of quiet, even when there are noisy celebrations going on all around during summer events. The best bakery in town is right on the corner.
