Old character farm with 2 holiday homes. This house dating from the end of 19 °, located in an EPINAL triangle, PLOMBIERES LES BAINS, BAINS LES BAINS (the latter two being well-known spa towns) has been renovated by Jean-Pierre (owner) according to the rules of art and respecting authenticity by highlighting stone, wood and iron.

This large character house has 2 adjoining holiday homes, and it is possible to rent the whole farm (depending on the availability of the schedule) for around 18 people.
We present there a large house of 200 M2 + 100 m2 of games and sports rooms.
Are at your disposal: BILLIARD, PING PONG TABLE, FLAT SCREEN TV, HIFI CHANNEL, SAUNA, WEIGHT BENCH, BABYFOOT, BICYCLES ETC ....

An outdoor play area for children completes the package.

A LARGE COVERED POOL, LOCATED in an exterior building, is shared with the occupants of the neighboring house. This swimming pool, which is heated in spring and autumn by a heat pump, is open from APRIL to END OCTOBER.

Ideal for families and groups of friends who are looking for peaceful countryside, relaxation, and recharging their batteries in an exceptional and spacious location near the TILLONHAIE forest.

Athletes are welcome. They will have the choice between biking (loan of bikes), mountain biking, hiking (simply crossing the road to access the forest), the swimming pool.

Excellent accommodation
This property was amazing. Plenty of space with adaptable sleeping arrangements. I xxellent resources with the sauna, pool, gym equipment, games including pool and table tennis. Kitchen was really well resourced. Owners were on site and really welcoming and answered any questions we had.

Gite bien équipé, propre, piscine aussi, proprio sympathique. un bémol , 5 chambres annoncées puisque nous étions 5 couples mais que 4 chambres. Une salle de jeux avec matelas au sol, pour des jeunes oui mais pas des personnes de plus de 60 ans.

Nous sommes arrivés le samedi 24 août à 7 personnes. La dernière personne est arrivée le 26 août. La location était conforme aux photos et à la description sur Abritel. Un détail à signaler, la porte d'entrée est très basse et mes deux gendres mesurant respectivement 1m90 et 1m98 en ont fait les frais. Nous avons bénéficié d'un temps magnifique et les alentours étaient superbes. Nous avons apprécié la jolie petite ville d'Epinal où nous sommes allés plusieurs lois. La piscine était très bien entretenue. Pour ce qui concerne les personnes à mobilité réduite le fait de ne pas pouvoir entrer dans la sdb avec un fauteuil roulant n'est pas un problème mais la marche pour accéder à la douche est vraiment très haute et il serait bien de prévoir une douche à l'italienne au rez-de-chaussée et un vrai canapé lit. Sinon les hôtes ont été très accueillants et très professionnels toujours prêts à nous satisfaire. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu. Calme et repos assurés.

Wir haben hier mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in der Familie Geburtstag gefeiert und einen relaxten Tag verbracht. Nicht nur das großzügige Raumangebot sorgte dafür, dass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass wir unseren Koch-Ambitionen freien Lauf lassen konnten. Sehr nette, freundliche, hilfsbereite Hosts führen diese Unterkunft. Wir können uns gut vorstellen z.B. über Weihnachten für eine Woche wiederzukommen.

mooi huis,alles was goed in orde. Jammer genoeg was het zwembad niet genoeg verwarmd. Dit kwam doordat het slecht weer was. We hebben er niet echt van kunnen genieten daardoor.

Une semaine au Logis Lueurs du Soleil
La localisation du gite est parfaite, le temps aura été clément, l'aménagement du logis en tant que tel était impeccable et les commodités attenantes (terrain de pétanque, piscine, sauna) également. L'autre gros point fort du logement sont les propriétaires formidables, très agréables, toujours disponibles, accueillants et serviables. Un lieu fortement recommandé pour des vacances entre amis, dans lequel nous prendrons grand plaisir à revenir.

Dem Alltag entkommen..
Sehr ruhig gelegen, super um zu entspannen. Sehr schöne Terrasse im Grünen. Sehr geräumig. Bei schlechtem Wetter findet jeder durch die Ausstattung (Kamin, Sauna, Billard, Tischtennis, Tischkicker..) eine Beschäftigung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
