"Peppery was under renovation, which was not known at the time of booking. Temporary reception & dinning set up. Access to rooms was from the outside via the basement. No elevators & steep circular stairs. Pavement outside was extremely uneven & as it was raining, lots of deep puddles & mud. Room was basic and set up like a dormitory style. The hotel is ranked 4 star and did not meet expectations at all."

"Great location, but overall the hotel was very quiet in the middle of the most hectic holiday season. We only saw one personnel as a staff and she handled everything from reception to breakfast. There was only one other couple during our stay and this created quite odd feeling. Someone might like this and for others it might be awkward experience. Myös pyyhkeet löytyi vessasta ja kaikki muukin (ylimääräiset tyynyt ja peitto) löytyi kaapista. Aamupala oli loistavan monipuolinen ja siisteydestä pidettiin hyvin huolta ruuhka-aikana. Ainoa miinus oli gluteenittoman pisteen yhteydestä puuttunut voi / margariini, jonka vuoksi piti ottaa normaalista pisteestä. Tuo ei ole välttämättä kauhean hyvä juttu. Muuten hotelli oli loistava...
