"Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. "

"AC did not work. Finally was changed to another room. AC did not work in that room either. At restaurant, BIG cockroach running down glass near table and across floor. WIFI weak, very slow (like dial-up) and dropped off more than once. Property has potential, but greater attention to details would be helpful."

There was no hot water, the room was infested with mosquitos, I slept an hour but then woke up to having been bitten all over and at 4am a very large droning noise started which when I queried it, was the water pump.
