"House is in a quiet location away from crowds. Considering the ugly housing situation in SL, I greatly appreciate the privacy this house has to offer. Nice garden and the view of Hantana mountains. House is spacious and clean. I would stay again. On the downside, kitchen is quipped with the cheapest of cheap flimsy stuff. If you enjoy cooking, forget about the kitchen. Hope, some day owners would upgrade kitchen. Overall, this is a good place to stay in Sri Lanka."

Das Essen kam täglich aus dem heimischen Garten, das Haus ist tiptop sauber, sehr modern und lädt zum Entspannen und Meditieren ein. Der Ausblick auf das weite Tal ist umwerfend schön. Besonders toll fanden wir den Sonnenaufgang über den Bergen, die nebelverhangenen Reisfelder und dazu die Gesänge aus dem buddhistischen Kloster sowie die Rufe der Vögel. Excellent hotel in Kandy

"Excellent location with easy walk to Kandy Lake and Tooth Temple. Staff were very courteous and professional. Room was very clean, modern design and breakfast buffet was of high quality and plenty of choices. Great value for the stay. We had a fantastic view of the lake and city from our balcony. "

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff

"I had a really nice stay at Viyana. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It was in a good location by the lake and the evening meals I had there were tasty. Air con and water system were a bit noisy but other than that it was great. I would stay here again."

Great hotel at a reasonable price!

"This hotel is a great choice for a short stopover. All staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are comfortable with a huge bathroom , which is well kitted out with amenities. The only downside is the air conditioning unit which is very loud. Breakfasts are varied and dinners are tasty. "
