"The hotel is very centrally located and on-site public parking is available right in front of the hotel (incl. 4 overnight electric car charging spots). Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. It made a very cosy impression as it featured a huge tiled stove that must have been used once upon a time to heat the room. In general, the hotel has a very nice atmosphere because of it's old age. "Boutique hotel within walking distance of train station and in downtown Sundsvall. Lightly staffed and property was a bit aged, understandably because the building was probably 100 years old, but it met our needs and breakfast was sufficient. "

"Room dirty with dust and not cleaned after my complaint. Breakfast and dinner are very basic with no minimum chouce of foods. It is a real shame and disgraceful for a supposed 4* hotel. The only positive point is the location. "

"Easy check-in process, keypad code provided by text message on day of arrival. Room was basic but clean and decent for the price. Good shared shower and toilet facilities and washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious."

"Very nice little hotel. Given the "budget" label we were very surprised by how nice the room was, the lovely location by the sea, the general cleanliness and the breakfast setup. Doksta proved a great base from which to explore the nearby national park - with the free bus service to get us to the entrance or to other locations. "

"My daughter and I spent one lovely night there. We purchased the spa for 2 hours which was lovely and clean and had showers and plenty of towels. The room was simple but clean and beautiful. The water and chips added a nice welcoming touch."

"Das Haus ist recht groß und bestens eingerichtet. Es liegt an einem großen See, der Steg ist nur ca. 100 m entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die hügelige Gegend ist landschaftlich sehr reizvoll: überall gibt es Seen und die Ostsee ist sehr nah. Ein Traumhaus!"
