"If you come here for a view, you will not get disappointed. Whoever designed this property, did an excellent job. If you come here for peace and quiet, don’t count on it. 5* experience it was not for sure in terms of staff, the only ones I would like to praise are the filipino waiting staff at the buffet services. I was refused a bottle of still water on the last day of our stay even though had 2 more hours till check out.. tried to explain I need to take meds but the receptionist Klaudia kept talking over me trying to say it’s a service they only provide in the afternoon when the housekeeping was attending the room in the morning the previous day .. I was lost for words and appalled by this nonsense. "

"This is pretty much the only hotel in Frydek. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is good. They seem to always give us twin beds! Hmmm! I am not sure if they have any parking. "

"Property is very spacious and stylish. Lovely surroundings. Once we turned off the main road, very hard to find the property. Rough track was scary in a small vehicle - would have appreciated guidance about appropriate car hire. Problem with wardrobe doors. Could not work out how to use TV. Kitchen equipment somewhat random."
