Because I am a Bonvoy Gold Elite member they upgraded my room to the top floor, asked if I preferred a room near the elevator or not, and a room with a nice view. The bed was firm, yet comfortable and I loved the sheets and bedding. They had a Nespresso machine with coffe pods as well and I received a free dessert or drink. I would stay just to have a staycation there. "
