La casa accogliente, spaziosa, ben attrezzata e con una vista superba sull'Argentario dalla terrazza. Unico neo da segnalare la presenza di piccioni invadenti sul lato del vicolo: forse un intervento di sigillatura delle fessure nelle quali fanno i nidi valorizzerebbe la casa."
