Enjoy the very best of the coastal lifestyle in this ground-floor, two-bedroom apartment just a stone’s throw from the Urunga Bowling club and a leisurely 5 minute stroll to the water's edge, including the famous Urunga Boardwalk and the laid-back town where you can enjoy restaurants, cafes and shopping.

Leave your car at home and walk to everything!
Myee Court 3 sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably:
Master bedroom: Double bed, built in robes and standing fan
Second bedroom: 2 x Single beds, built in robes, and standing fan

The kitchen has an island bench, fridge, oven and four burner electric stovetop, microwave and plenty of cookware and crockery for the at home cook. The lounge room has ample lounging, TV and DVD Player and the dining area has dining for six guests. Sit back and relax over a cup of coffee in the light-filled sunroom – lovely at any time of day. Laundry is equipped with a washing machine, iron & board and clotheshorse is available in the sunroom for you to use.
Linen and bath towels are provided, please feel free to bring your own beach towels. No pets, no smoking and no parties are permitted at Myee Court 3. Please respect our quiet neighbourhood. There is a single allocated undercover carport at the rear and ample on-street parking.

In whale-watching season between May and November, you can spot humpback and other whales on their annual migration. The beach fishing is great, with tailor, whiting and bream all biting. The rocks at Hungry Head and a little further south at Wenonah Head are cherished for rock fishing. Myee Court 3 is perfectly located to enjoy all the very best Urunga has to offer!

It was quiet, spacious and convenient. Little to no washing detergent and only 1 garbage bag ( we came by train so didn’t bring these items with us) were the only negatives. Otherwise we were very happy with the unit etc.

On arrival was very happy with the contents of the property eg . Cooking facilities etc. we noticed the outdoor floor was very dirty & also the carpet needs a good shampoo & clean. Having a bad odour to it . The carpet is definitely not up to my clean standard . Unfortunately fir me I have trouble sleeping with lights & the next door neighbour had theirs on all night , can’t help stupid I guess . I realize that can’t be helped. But maybe some heavy curtains might help for future guests. Regards Susan & Brian

Convenient and comfortable older style ground floor unit. No views but a nice quiet area close to 7 day supermarkets. Well equipped kitchen. An exhaust fan above the stove would improve it. Shower screen opening very narrow, difficult for larger people. Only a fixed shower rose. No ceiling fans; limited power points and not much space in bedrooms to juggle pedestal fans. 1 car space on site with room in the street for 2nd car.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last minute change of plans (Covid related), made us, at short notice take this property for a week. A decision made in haste is usually fraught with issues.The property was 80's original from top to bottom. Bathroom/laundry was small. Original everything. Lighting poor. Hot water handled 2 short showers only. Bed was only OK. Furniture was old and not very comfortable. Kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery were in need of updating. TV was so small.Whilst the price was reasonable, we had a weeks accommodation at the Riverside Resort for less money and it proved to be an entirely better property in every way that matters.
