"The only positive about this hostel is that the staff were pleasant and the email communicaiton was clear. Other than that, this place is a dump in need of major upgrade. The common area couches and seats were dingy, sagging and really tired. The bathroom and toilets left a lot to be desired. When I booked this "hotel", I was informed that I had one twin bunk bed. It turns out I was sharing one of 8 bunk beds in the room. The room was full of unwashed body odor. The beds were uncomfortable and...

"Great activities. Staff super friendly particularly Carolina and Carlos. The activity staff was excellent and never not something to do. Easy to meet people. I stayed in a single room which was excellent but others enjoyed their dorm rooms. The resident DJs are excellent and there is music . The pools and decks were another bonus and last but not least the two resident lobby cats Taylor and Jaguar were ambassadors offering themselves for pets . San Telmo is vibrant location . "I stayed for a week in.a private room with a shared bathroom. It looks much better in the reality than in the pictures on Expedia. Nthe staff is very friendly and welcoming. "

"If you want the Sheraton, stay at the Sheraton. This is a hostel, and people need to realize that. With that being said, I had a private room en suite. The bed was clean and changed daily, the shower was clean and the whole bathroom was functioning. I only ate breakfast there one day and it was croissants, toast, butter and jam, tea, coffee or juice. Yes, it's basic, but it gets you through until lunch! " We arrived late and was greeted by a fiesta in the garden outside our room. We found it entertaining and appreciated that it ended about midnight. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. We had a few hours check out so we hung out in the common area. Everyone was great. "

"Excellent hotel close to everything. The best Steakhouses, bars, shops, in Argentina are in walking distance. This is a small hotel with very nice rooms. I will stay here on every visit."
