"Water in sink was cloudy and not clear "

"Nothing fancy, property is just worn. ie- broken picture frame, tub worn, carpet somewhat dirty in the room. I would not walk on it barefoot. But linens and bed were clean, heat worked well, had freezer, mini fridge and microwave which were very nice to have! We did not try the breakfast or go to the pool."

"Great staff and the rooms are newly remodeled and comfortable. Not the entire hotel is completely refurbished, but all areas that would be occupied are complete. They are probably doing work as funds allow. Riverside BBQ restaurant is close (within walking distance) and has great food."
