The room they offered was not even the room with a balcony sea view that I originally booked through Expedia....

After travelling from other country when we reached to contessa appartment the guy said our booking date changed.we paid for the, went to a badly located apartment, with luggage and guy is saying date change. "Idyllic setting above a lovely chilled beach (ideally take water shoes as the sea is pebbly but the water is crystal clear).Roman and Natalia were absolutely lovely, very helpful and thoughtful hosts, we were very grateful for the complimentary beer, wine, water and soda on arrival. The beach is a short walk down the hill and steps ( takes a little longer to get back up to the apartments though!) "Overall a great place to stay. We had a couple of issues on our first day but these were resolved immediately. The apartments were difficult to find despite the owner's instructions. We were asked to call in at Restaurant Parma who would phone the owners for us but they were quite unhelpful. Maybe the owners could provide a pinpoint on a map rather than directions? "Läget och lägenhetens skick var bra dock behövs ett antal förbättringar. Vi bodde på pine hill luxury, de har olika lägenheter och olika ägare till lägenheterna. Lägenheten vi bodde på bytte inte ut våra handdukar eller städade etc, vilket andra grannlägenheter hade tillgång till. "
