"This was the most perfect B&B we could’ve stayed at. We felt like we were staying in a family home all the while everything being modern, clean and comfortable. "The location of this hotel was perfect; it was literally in the middle of Alghero. Just a few minutes walk from all of the restaurants and stores. "We stayed here just for one night before starting a kayaking tour. It's a great little spot for a short stay - close to both the old town and the beach. Rooms are clean, mattresses are a little on the hard side. "We stayed at Casa Machin during June/July 2019. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the room, as well as the amenities on offer to us (shared kitchen), which was stocked well with a range of breakfast choices each morning! It is also in a great location, right in the town centre, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the port. "It just didn’t seem like what was shown online. I had the impression that it was like a hotel. It was not. We were only given one role of toilet paper, so we had to ask the host to bring some. We have to give him props for coming to give us some though. There also wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner, it just seemed disappointing. We didn't pay that much so I guess you get what you pay for."

"We liked the room, just surprised that the toiletries were limited to one jar of liquid hand soap. We had shampoo and other soap so not a problem for us. The room and bathroom are spacious and there was a terrace with our room. "Horrible, pas dormi de la nuit car un bar restaurant se trouve juste en dessous et musique jusqu'à 3h du matin et bruit de musique le matin à 7h, petit déjeuner moyen dans ce même bar. Dommage pour la propriétaire qui était très ennuyée de la situation et nous a finalement remboursé l'intégralité de la chambre. "This was a stop off b&b before our flight home. Wish we could have stayed longer, the owners were exceptionally friendly and layed breakfast out that evening so we could eat in the morning before our early departure. Location is ideal for both the beach (2 min walk) and the restaurants and shops (10 min walk)."

"Overall the Camping is a good place to spend some days, there are several types of chalet being shaded by the surrounding pinewood, a swimming pool with clean public toilets and showers, basic facilities and recreational area. However some things are very unpleasant among which the check-out time which is at 9:00! And air conditioning on request which is very expensive."
