Wir waren im allgemeinen sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Es ist ein Familienunternehmen, das Personal und der Service war Top ! Mega freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Super tolle Menschen ! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war top ! Es gab kein Buffet sondern die Tische waren gedeckt, alles wurde warm vorbereitet sobald du kamst und das ganze hat ca. 5 min gedauert, währenddessen hast du dir einfach dein Tee/Kaffe genommen. Nach dem Frühstück wurde jedem Türkischer Mokka angeboten. Das fanden wir super ! Klimaanlage und WLAN waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Einziger Punktabzug war das der Whirlpool nicht funktioniert hat, dementsprechend war es quasi nur eine große Badewanne und die Klimaanlage hat leicht gerochen. Ansonsten sehr sehr gut.

Kapadokya tatili yapacaklar içi çok rahat bir şekilde bu oteli tercih edebilirler. Konumu direkt Ortahisar'ın girişinde. Gayet temiz, misafirler için sıcak su, çay detayı bile düşülmüş. Çok tatlı bir çift işletiyor, işlerini severek yaptıkları çok belli. Çarşaflar, havlular, oda gayet temiz ve güzeldi. Kahvaltı için ayrı parantez, hiç dışarıda ayrıca para verip otelin kahvaltısının yarısı bile etmeyen yerlerde gitmeyin. Sadece otel müşteri için özel hazırlanan çok birçok serpme kahvaltı ile eş değer bir kahvaltı ettik. Her misafir için özel olarak hazırlıyorlar, çok güzel ve özenliydi. Gezilecek yerler konusunda da tatlı bir liste hazırlamışlar, sağ olsunlar onu da paylaştılar. Butik oteller her zaman iyidir, çok tavsiye ederim. Sahiplerine tekrar teşekkür ederim, umarım yakın zamanda tekrar ziyaret ederim. Arkadaşlarıma mutlaka önereceğim.

Odalarda dolap yok. Kahvaltı çok kısıtlı. Su bardak su. Klima yok. herşeyi söylemeniz gerekiyor. Söylenince yapılıyor ama sizin düşünmeniz gerek. Profesyonel değil. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Bir daha konaklar mıyım? hayır.

VASAT ÖTESİ
Öncelikle oteldeki ilk günümüzde beni ütüden dolayı elektrik çarpıyordu az kalsın. Getirdikleri ütü milattan önce üretilmiş olan bir ütüydü ve ben ütü yaparken kablosundan ateşler çıktı. Otelde başka ütü yokmuş Nevşehir’den ütü getirmek zorunda kaldılar. Korkmayın sayemde yepyeni bir ütü sahibi oldu bu dandik otel. İlk sabahımızda kahvaltı yapmak istedik ama fotoğraftaki kahvaltı ile arasında hiçbir benzerlik yoktu. Domates salatalık vs söğüş yoktu. Omlet sorduk ama o günkü menülerinde omlet olmadığını söyleyip diğer müşteriye omlet vermeleri hoş olmadı. Sonra da günah çıkarmak için bize omlet yapmayı teklif ettiler ama hoş değildi açıkçası müşteriden yiyecek kıskanmak. 2 kişilik odada sadece 1 tane elbise askısı vardı. 8-10 tane askıya ihtiyacımız olduğunu söylediğimizde elimizde ancak 3 tane var dediler. Bu da başlı başına bir fiyasko. TEMİZLİK DENİLEN BİRŞEY YOK. Yatağın altındaki tozlar pamuk bağlamıştı komple. İğrenç rezalet bir otel. Harcadığım paraya ve kaldığım süreye acıdım.

Bir gece konaklama yaptık. Girişte güleryüzle karşılandık. Oda gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Aracınızı otelin önündeki alana bırakabiliyorsunuz. Otopark sorunu yaşamadık. Mesafe olarak Kapadokya’da gezilecek çoğu yere aracınızla 15 dakika uzaklıkta. Kahvaltı çeşit, porsiyon ve lezzet olarak çok iyiydi. Civardaki otellere kıyasla oldukça uygun fiyatlara sahip. Otel yapı olarak eski bir konak olduğu için odalar birbirinden farklı. Bu sebeple ihtiyacınıza uygun oda için rezervasyon öncesi oteli aramanız faydalı olacaktır. Ayrıca otel görevlisi hanımefendi tüm konularda oldukça yardımcı oldu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.
