Country House Il Biroccio was established in 2003 from the careful renovation of an old farmhouse located 15 km from the historic centre of Urbino (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Wild land, hills and cultivated fields as far as the eye can see allow guests a totally relaxing stay and total immersion in nature. There are no roads, no cars, no smog and no noise, and the nearest town is 10 km away.
The Country House houses 7 flats of various sizes. At guests' disposal is a panoramic swimming pool, large outdoor spaces and a barbecue.
The pool is shared with the other guests of the property, no outsiders are accepted.
The CINGHIALE flat is located in the main house, on the ground floor, with an independent entrance, it is suitable for a couple, or a family with no more than 2 children, it is NOT suitable for 4 adults and consists of: double bedroom with air conditioning, bathroom, living area with kitchenette, table, chairs, sideboard and double sofa bed (for children), there is also a private outdoor area, equipped with table and chairs, shaded, panoramic and fenced, suitable also for guests travelling with their dogs.
