"Loved staying here! Waking up with a view of the entire city of Dunedin was incredible. The stay included breakfast in the morning (which was delicious) as well as entry into the castle and gardens. In addition, the staff was incredible and even stayed late for us to check-in after a flight delay. Would highly recommend"

"The property was beautiful. We enjoyed the room, bathroom. The breakfast was disappointing. It took 45 minutes from ordering to receiving sitting there from 8:30am to 9:15am watching others eat, then having them watch us was super awkward. Change breakfast so that it can be served within 15 minutes of ordering, even if all 10 people come down at similar times."

"Nice little granny flat bathroom needs a little upgrade but nothing bad about it. Maybe just an upgrade of their Televisions to at least a smart tv to be able to use your own streaming accounts "
