"We had an excellent stay ! The staff is kind and helpful. From what I understand the hotel has been recently redone. The bathrooms and the water pressure could use some work. I definitely recommend this hotel, you will enjoy your stay. Breakfast is better than in most 5 star hotels. Antipasti are served from Wednesday to Saturday on Patio. There again a very nice selection."

"Good location hotel, walkable distance from Ancona old town and lake. Nice pickup and drop of with hotel bus (from and to Locarno train station. Staff was overwhelmed with a series of group booking, confusion was evident but no improvement. My room was a small but with a view, AC not working and none of the staff knew how to fix it. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake and pool was a nice setting but staff again overwhelmed with groups."

"Very convenient location for bus and train from Locarno train station. Just opposite to the train station. Easy to find. Lift to all floors, good breakfast. Newly renovated bathroom. Easy to walk to the lake, funicular, boat and nearby shopping area."
