The hotel staff was very friendly. 1 bedroom was the perfect size with fully stocked kitchen. The ski/snowboard lockers on the first floor was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return."

Staff were responsive to requests but we had broken appliances and insufficient bedding upon arrival, and had to walk past bags of garbage and construction debris around our ‘upgrade’ that weren’t cleared away for our entire two-night stay. On the up side, it’s very close to the gondolas and the loft room gave good separation for people in two separate sleeping areas.
