"We keep returning to this magical house that is an Australian classic home, built for family fun by the sea and bush walks, back in the days when homes were made for living. Every amenity needed is supplied and our grandkids love playing on the roofed veranda and the beautiful garden, so easy to supervise games and outdoor fun even in the rain. We'll keep returning to Saint Fridas. Thanks Jessica and Steve the caretakers and Evelyn and Kerry the Hostesses of the mostest! XX"

"The property is very peaceful and relaxing. The bungalow is farm rustic, clean and comfy. The open outdoor kitchen is very well stocked and it is a lovely place to sit at night and have dinner or early breakfast with the birds. The fresh eggs were also very appreciated! "We have been spending a week at Pippie’s each summer for the past five years. It is a fantastic beach house, with everything you need for a relaxing break. Very clean, sleeps 8 or 9 across three good sized bedrooms, plus has 2 full bathrooms and air-conditioning. A large grassed area out the front is great for kids to play. We love it."

"The property was clean, well equipped with LOTS of stuff provided to keep children and dogs entertained. The location is great, being central to both Diamond Beach and Black Head. The owners were very welcoming and honest. Our daughter lost her mobile phone and Dianne went out of her way to ensure it was sent back to us via express post. Fantastic home and well worth the spend. We will be back!"

Lots of space for our family of twelve ranging in age from eighty to twelve years Great open areas where we could all come together also providing secluded areas if you wanted a quiet space. "Old and neglected yard needs a make over . Beds, air-conditioning were good no laundry . The fact we couldn't get into our accommodation till 3 o'clock didn't help. I wouldn't recommend the place or the agent."

"This is a nice property in a convenient location. It felt overpriced as it was cheaply furnished, there was a broken chair left discarded in the corner, a dirty old sofa and no blind/curtain on the kitchen window. Thankfully we changed the sheets for our own as we found the mattress protector was covered in hair and dirt."

Mould in the grout, shower floor so dirty it was slippery,the drain had a terrible odour, shower screen filthy basin and tap grimy. The floors are dusty and unswept spider webs on the ceilings and at the front door Our bed sheets were not changed - I could see they hadn’t been washed so happy we brought our own linen.
