"The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. "I was charged for the booking by Expedia but the hotel said the room was not paid for, so we assumed it was payment on arrival and paid the hotel. When we returned home, we found that Expedia had also charged us for the same stay. Furthermore the hotel did not provide us with an official receipt, that we can remember. As a result, we are having difficulty getting our duplicate payment refunded from Expedia. We are attempting to contact the hotel to obtain a copy of their receipt to prove to Expedia that we have paid the hotel, directly, in the hope to get our duplicate payment refunded."

"Old and outdated hotel with no bar or restaurant. The room has old and uncomfortable furniture, car parking spaces are limited and although there is a large public car park close by that can also be busy as it serves a large events venue and charges a fee from 7am. The location is ok, although there is not much close by. Breakfast is good with good variety and decent selection of choices."

" “The hotel was clean and good, but the issue was that when I arrived late, there was no communication to let me know where the key was placed. When I got there, the door was locked. They had left a phone number, so I had to call it to find out where the key was. This was a bit uncomfortable for me, especially when you arrive somewhere unfamiliar.”"
