"We stayed in this house for the first week of August 2022. It’s fantastic. Clean, spacious and well equipped. The house is in a quiet area about 12-15 mins walk from the lake, the shop (Mercator mini supermarket) and restaurants. Lake Bohinj is exceptionally beautiful, especially at the Ribcev Laz end. Even in August it was quite peaceful, and probably the nicest spot for swimming we’ve ever been too, with warm, crystal clear water, and absolute serenity once you swim away from the shore. Much...

"The apartment is a jewel box, full of unique furniture and historic items. The backyard is also a delight, with fruit trees and flowers and lots of outdoor dining space. It’s a little far to walk to the lake with children, but there is pay parking by the beach and camping area."

"The space was perfect for our family. The sauna and pool were relaxing after a full day of hiking and biking. The host was amazing with communication and showing us where everything was located. There is an outdoor bbq area, a place to store bikes, and plenty of room to play. The inside has everything you could want. Note the freezer is rather small, but we made it work. "We so enjoyed our time staying here. The house is so lovely and spacious and in a wonderful rural location with amazing views! We loved the welcome gifts and supplies of basic things. Our teenage boys had a great time using the pool table and there were so many games and dvds on offer! It really felt like a home. Some reviewers have commented about farm smells but it is a farmhouse within a farming community so this is completely understandable. You will also hear the church bells from the...
