"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gasperin. The entire property is immaculately clean and the rooms appeared to be recently remodeled. The owners were very helpful with recommending activities and restaurants in the area. The daily breakfast had so many choices including many vegan options. Everything was fresh and they also made eggs to order. It was a short 2-3 minute walk to the lake, tourist center, and small grocery store. Location is central to many activities. "Beautiful country side location. We were so unlucky with the weather, it was raining all the time and we couldn't really enjoy everything that the property had to offer. Alexandra, one of the owners, was great, what a kind person! Room was beautiful and super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and eggs cooked to order. I hope one day I have the opportunity of staying here again but with sunny days!!! :) "

"If you are visiting Lake Bled this is a great place to stay as you are only a 10 minute drive away . There is on site parking which is included . The breakfast area was cozy and had all the basics needed to start your day and was also included . There are several restaurants nearby to choose from for lunch or dinner . The area is super quiet and we enjoyed just sitting on our balcony taking it all in .There is no front desk at this hotel which I was a little leary about the automated check in...

"Don’t let the term hostel deter you from booking this wonderful hotel. While they do have bunk rooms with shared bathrooms, we booked a beautiful room with ensuite bath. It was quiet and extremely clean. The location of the hotel is walkable from train or bus stations and is in the heart of the historic area of a lovely town. The view from the hostels back terrace and our bedroom was amazing. "
